📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple manufacturing OT and business IT programs from initiation through
• Take ownership of program outcomes and ensure work remains aligned with operational and business
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, supply chain
• Support new product launches, process-improvement initiatives, capital projects, and technology
