📋 Description

• Grow Datadog’s presence at AI events; identify meetups.
• Plan technical programming for AI or developer events.
• Support AI content at global events such as DASH.
• Track deadlines and assets; coordinate with vendors.
• Identify and resolve risks and blockers for the program.
• Own onsite speaker experience and run rehearsals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years PM exp leading large conferences in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; strong collaboration.
• Strong communication; detail oriented; process-minded.
• Data-driven; builds workflows and intake processes.
• Influence without direct authority at senior levels.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
