📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives, translating strategic objectives into
• Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders, proactively managing
• Lead projects, tracking, and documentation across the broader team, often building the operational
• Lead planning and execution of customer-facing programs, including community events, roundtables
• Help develop, launch, and operationalize new customer loyalty, recognition, gifting, and engagement
• Manage program logistics, budgets, vendors, external partners, and production to deliver

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in customer marketing, program management, experiential marketing
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence
• High ownership, sound judgment, and a bias toward action. You anticipate challenges, proactively
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms.
