Program Manager - gBETA North Dakota

📋 Description

• Lead recruitment efforts to capture 25+ eligible startup applications per gBETA North Dakota cohort
• Build and maintain relationships with 30+ mentors, 25+ investors, and other industry/ecosystem
• Run two accelerator programs per year, managing logistics and operational success
• Ensure all program KPIs are met
• Serve as primary point of contact and day-to-day coach for participating startups
• Provide structured 1:1 guidance to founders on topics such as customer discovery, traction

• Residence in or relocation to North Dakota
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to thrive in
• Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and adapt quickly
• Enthusiastic, hands-on, team-player mentality, willing to take on any task
• Curiosity and willingness to rapidly learn new skills in startups and venture capital
