📋 Description

• Lead the Culture Operating Plan
• Run the Culture PMO
• Own the Culture budget and forecast
• Manage vendors and contracts
• Lead the Company Kick-Off activations
• Run the Employee Experience operating cadence

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in program management, PMO, business operations, or employee experience operations
• Proven track record building and running a PMO or program portfolio
• Experience owning a department or program budget
• Experience negotiating, managing, and renewing vendor contracts
• Hands-on experience with work management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Ability to drive accountability and alignment across peers, a flat team, and senior stakeholders
