Program Manager, Global Partnerships and Channels

📋 Description

• Support drafting briefing packs and pre-reads for CEO, SVP, and Board-level partner engagements
• Build talking points, internal communications, and institutional narrative for GPC leadership
• Turn dense inputs (pipeline data, deal structures, partner scorecards) into short, decision-ready
• Own deck development: structure the argument, build it, apply ServiceNow brand standards, and land
• Help maintain the reusable asset library — partner blueprints, scorecards, org charts, enablement
• Maintain GPC quality and consistency standards across everything that carries the GPC name

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in executive communications, business operations, strategy, consulting
• Demonstrated experience building executive-grade presentations for senior audiences
• Exposure to a global, matrixed organization
• AI Fluency: AI-led mindset using AI tooling to raise quality and volume of output
• Concise communication adaptable to complex stakeholders
• Strong presentation building
