🎯 Requirements

• Bachelorʼs degree. In lieu of a Bachelorʼs degree, an Associateʼs degree with two years of
• Experience in operations, production coordination, vendor management, or a similar field
• A track record of coordinating work across multiple teams and driving projects to completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to guide decisions
• Willingness to build skills in statistics, database querying, and spreadsheet analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly
