📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior living community partners
• Execute BAYADA Fairfax Senior Living's provider-of-choice commitments across the assigned territory.
• Serve as a consistent, responsive partner to community leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow and maintain Home Health and outpatient business within the
• Visit senior living communities regularly—up to five days per week—to understand needs, address
• Coordinate communication and follow-through across community, operational, and clinical teams.

• An active clinical license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A reliable, self-directed approach and the ability to manage work across multiple locations.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
