🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is
• 7–8+ years of experience in CSR program management, social impact, development programs, or a
• Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering strategic initiatives with measurable social
• Strong understanding of at least several of the relevant sectors, including education, inclusion
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate
