📋 Description

• Manage project workflows and ensure successful execution of client programs
• Coordinate Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review processes
• Manage project documentation, financial tracking, and invoicing
• Serve as primary client contact for project status updates and operational discussions
• Manage program logistics and coordinate vendor activities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical-related service business
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
