📋 Description

• Execute regional market development strategies across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and
• Research member needs, institutional environments, competitive landscapes, and market trends to
• Identify and support opportunities for growth through academic partnerships, institutional
• Develop and execute initiatives designed to increase membership among students, early-career
• Support membership retention programs, monitor results, and recommend improvements to strengthen
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to localize messaging, campaigns, and value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in program management, membership organizations, international market
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, including the ability to conduct business meetings and produce
• Strong experience supporting membership growth, engagement, retention, or community-building
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, measurable programs and actions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives
