Strong business acumen in tech/SaaS.
Ability to learn Justworks product, organization, and domains quickly.
Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; stakeholder engagement.
Analytical mindset with experience using SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
