Coordination and management of daily operations of service programs
Ensure orientation and ongoing training of staff
Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program to the highest degree
Maintain direct communication with directors and supervisors

🎯 Requirements

2 years of lead experience in the human services field
Must qualify as a Designated Coordinator
Basic computer skills, good decision-making skills, time management and communication skills
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
