Manage day-to-day Peloton sales ops in Australia (onboarding, activations, budgets)
Lead and coordinate physical retail activations; align with business objectives
Streamline processes; develop and implement Sales Policies & SOPs
Review business reports and participate in regular reviews; be ops point of contact
Collaborate cross-functionally to roll out new sales programs; manage risks
Deliver best-in-class sales training for 3P partner teams, at store level

🎯 Requirements

Operational experience in B2C/B2B sales; ideally global teams
Bachelor's degree and relevant sales experience preferred
Self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced environments
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient with Salesforce, Looker, and PM tools
Travel as needed
