• Analyzing key metrics and developing plans to create customized programming and offerings for those

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Required (PT background strongly
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/ or Outpatient experience is desirable
