• Lead the Senior Living Program and oversee the clinical team per The BAYADA Way.
• Focus on client service, clinical excellence, quality, and policy adherence.
• Grow the program and collaborate with clinical manager on case management and clinician development.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and build strong relationships with clients, staff, and residents.

🎯 Requirements

• Current VA licensure as RN, PT, or SLP (PT background strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Demonstrated business development/leadership experience.
• Strong communication across levels and platforms.
• Home Health and/or outpatient experience desirable.
