Program Manager, Senior Living (Therapist or Nurse)

• Develop and implement unique solutions to help communities and residents meet their goals
• Strategically treat patients and ensure best practices are carried out by all team members
• Utilize outcome-driven data analytics to analyze key metrics and develop customized programming

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Required (PT background strongly
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience is desirable

• Base Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 / year depending on qualifications
