Program Manager, Senior Living (Therapist or Nurse)

• Developing and implementing unique solutions to help the communities and residents we serve meet
• Strategically treating patients and ensuring best practices are carried out by all team members
• Analyzing key metrics and developing plans to create customized programming and offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Current NC licensure as an (RN, PT, OT, SLP, PTA, LPN, and COTA)
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/ or Outpatient experience is desirable
