Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships

📋 Description

• Cross-functional quarterback for high-priority partnership initiatives
• Translate strategic/opportunistic partnerships into actionable plans
• Drive multi-workstream project plans with clear ownership and milestones
• Coordinate execution across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and more
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep initiatives moving
• Ensure alignment across workstreams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in management consulting, partnerships, strategy and operations, or related fields
• Strong PM experience leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Experience with Partnerships/Business Development; direct partnerships preferred
• Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into structured execution plans with milestones
• Proven ability to coordinate across diverse teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal
• Commercial/analytical judgment and understanding of GTM motions and partnership economics
