Program Manager, Technology

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of complex telecommunications and network technology programs
• Coordinate project managers and cross-functional teams across network engineering, IT, operations
• Oversee external project leads and contractors when applicable, ensuring delivery remains aligned
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, schedules, dependencies, sequencing
• Establish effective program governance, delivery standards, reporting routines, and operating
• Identify, monitor, and resolve program-level and project-level risks, issues, and dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project or program management experience within telecommunications, technology
• Proven experience leading multi-project programs or complex technology initiatives from planning
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, technology platforms, and telecommunications
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders in fast-paced and
