Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
Ensure all services to the individual are delivered, monitor and coordinate services.
Ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled.
Provide training for employees.
Conduct monthly staff meetings.
Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

Valid driver's license required.
Comfortable driving to transport persons served; some positions may require personal vehicle and
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience in developmental
Person-centered, patient, kind.
