Program Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered
• Ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled
• Provide training for employees
• Conduct monthly staff meetings
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served)
• Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served as required
• Some positions/locations may require your own personal vehicle and auto liability insurance based
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required
• A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of
