📋 Description

• Maximize programmatic revenue by continuously auditing bid dynamics, floor rules, auction
• Serve as the primary operational anchor for all SSP vendors, resolving integration friction
• Partner directly with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to conceptualize, test, and roll out
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools to automate operational workflows
• Monitor and maintain dashboards to track key monetization metrics, supporting financial budgeting
• Act as the internal sell-side expert, guiding sales teams and aligning programmatic capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in programmatic yield management, publisher monetization, Ad Ops, or Ad
• Proven expertise with publisher ad tech platforms and infrastructure, specifically Google Ad
• Practical Experience with LLMs: Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini
