Programme Manager - New Product Development

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver end-to-end programme plans for complex NPD projects
• Lead, encourage, and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and collaborator expectations
• Coordinate the full product development lifecycle from ideation to commercial launch
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the programme lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including customers and senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences or related field
• 5-7+ years in programme or project management in life sciences, medical devices, diagnostics or
• Proven success delivering complex cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
• Expertise in budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement
• Outstanding leadership, communication, problem-solving skills
