Project Controller

📋 Description

• Direct project teams and coordinate the successful completion of contractual deliverables.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs), Contracting
• Prepare monthly progress reports, CFM reporting, quarterly executive briefings, and other required
• Build, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Project Management Plans, Risk
• Lead monthly and bi-weekly status meetings with government stakeholders using Microsoft Teams and
• Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, deliverables, and contractual obligations across

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within government contracting, healthcare, or
• Experience working with FAR-based contracts and federal project management practices.
• Knowledge of risk management, quality assurance, earned value reporting, and Integrated Master
• Familiarity with federal contracting terminology, FAR/DFARS requirements, and CPARS reporting.
• Completion of HHS/CMS Contractor Information Security, Privacy, and Records Management training.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and
