Project Coordinator and Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and supporting materials, and publish
• Communicate regularly with team members to track action items, follow up on deliverables, and
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues appropriately to
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including project charters, change requests
• Consolidate inputs from project teams into presentations, periodic reports, metrics, training

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination and project management, preferably within the life
• Experience managing projects involving the implementation of computer systems or software within
• Demonstrated experience managing project tasks performed by clients and coordinating activities
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and systems is advantageous but not required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (BS or AS); a project management certification is beneficial but
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and
