Coordinate day-to-day construction activities across ongoing projects
Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality
Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
Coordinate communication between contractors, consultants, site teams, and management
Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records
Support the allocation and coordination of manpower, equipment, and materials

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
5-7 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination or site supervision in Cyprus
Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and local regulations
Registered Member of ETEK
Experience with project management and scheduling software
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
