Project Coordinator Intern

📋 Description

• Coordinate projects from planning through completion by organizing contributors, maintaining
• Support delivery on strategic programs such as data modernization by coordinating workstreams
• Develop and build data and reporting for senior leadership, turning program and operational data
• Support AI engagement and enablement initiatives, including rolling out AI tools across teams and
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, requirements documents, process

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
• Comfort working with data including proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical
• Genuine interest in project management, business operations, and complex data-driven initiatives
• Curiosity about AI and modern tools applied to real business problems
