Own small projects and one-off requests
Reinforce weekly deadlines to creative and media teams
Coordinate tasks, priorities, and deliverables with team stakeholders throughout the project
Route projects through appropriate departments and approvals
Support Project Management lead
Traffic social and digital creative assets for paid media placements

🎯 Requirements

Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties
Demonstrated experience trafficking creative assets
Understanding of creative development and asset creation processes
Highly detail-oriented, organized, self-starter
Cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving
Collaborative and team-based approach
