📋 Description

• Support project teams with contract administration, compliance, payment processing, reporting, and
• Process subcontractor and supplier contracts and change orders through online payment systems and
• Review and update procurement purchase orders to ensure appropriate taxability based on state
• Partner with project sites and internal departments to improve day-to-day financial practices and
• Review documentation, perform testing, and address issues to support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
• Collaborate with vendors, job site personnel, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and corporate teams

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline, or an equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, taxation, project cost control, or
• Construction industry experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of operational procedures, financial processes, and relevant tools gained
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and financial skills with the ability to review and reconcile
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
