📋 Description

• Lead an evidence-based theory of change linking stronger labor standards and supply chain
• Oversee technical assistance to labor and government institutions to strengthen enforcement gaps
• Guide assurance, due diligence, traceability, and transparency approaches aligned with
• Maintain relationships with national and subnational labor and mining authorities in Argentina and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience leading international development
• At least 7 years of experience directly supervising multi-country teams and managing complex
• Experience managing cooperative agreements funded by the U.S. Government, particularly at the
• Demonstrated experience strengthening labor law compliance and enforcement in mining or extractive
• Experience engaging labor ministries, labor inspectorates, mining authorities, employers
