Prepare technical drawings for site, grading, utilities, erosion control, and stormwater.
Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate each phase of the project.
Provide construction services; prepare stormwater calculations; assist permits.
Assist in reviewing local, county, state, and federal project codes.
Coordinate with consultants to produce a complete set of contract documents and specs.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience within the Civil Engineering field
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related program is required
A PE (Professional Engineering) license preferred
Experience working on land / site development projects
Strong AutoCAD and Civil3D skills preferred
Excellent written and verbal skills including public speaking
