Project Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead client implementations from business development handoff and kickoff through requirements
• Serve as the primary client contact, establish expectations, provide project updates, facilitate
• Develop and maintain project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions
• Coordinate implementation engineers, configuration and validation specialists, account management
• Gather and maintain client requirements, support project scoping and estimation, and ensure
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and overall health, escalating risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business, life sciences, or a related
• At least five years of experience in SaaS implementation, client services, customer support
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with accountability for scope
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading client meetings
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, follow-through, and problem-solving
• Ability to coordinate, delegate, and influence work across cross-functional teams without direct
