Project Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead client implementation projects from initial handoff and kickoff through planning
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, setting expectations, providing regular progress
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including implementation engineers, configuration and validation
• Gather and document client requirements, support project scoping and estimation, and ensure
• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and overall health, proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business, life sciences, or a related
• At least five years of experience in SaaS implementation, client services, customer support
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously, with accountability for
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading client meetings
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through.

• Salary: $72,800–$83,000 USD, depending on qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
• Work arrangement: Fully remote position.
