Project Implementation Manager III

📋 Description

• Lead client implementations through kickoff, requirements confirmation, planning, configuration
• Serve as the primary client contact, establish expectations, provide status updates, document
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action
• Coordinate implementation engineers, configuration and validation specialists, Account Management
• Gather and maintain client requirements, support scoping and estimation, and ensure appropriate
• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and overall project health

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related
• At least 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, client services, customer support, project
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with responsibility for scope
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading client meetings and
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate and delegate work across cross-functional teams without direct supervisory
