Project Management Lead - Talent Pipeline

📋 Description

• Lead small-to-medium programs and portfolios with multiple tracks of work, providing direction to
• Develop and maintain program delivery plans including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions across programs
• Enforce project management best practices and refine processes
• Oversee team capacity planning and act as backfill for Project Managers
• Coach teams on Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, and Agentic delivery methods

🎯 Requirements

• 8-15 years leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in consulting or agency environments
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior client leadership
• Expertise in Agile, Kanban, waterfall, and agentic delivery frameworks
• Strong commercial acumen across program budgets, forecasting, contracts, and proposals
• Experience delivering small-to-medium programs or portfolios (up to $5M annual revenue)
• Ability to demonstrate measurable value and maintain margin targets
