Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization of business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, challenges, and
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings to
• Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate alignment between business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar technology delivery role.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, workflow design, and continuous
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects
