📋 Description

  • Oversee high-impact projects from start to finish, including planning and delivery.
  • Attend weekly on-site meetings to update clients and align expectations.
  • Coordinate site walk-throughs with subcontractors; ensure notes and docs.
  • Manage project docs and workflows using Vista or similar software.
  • Document and monitor on-site progress; address issues to stay on track.
  • Update project schedules; communicate changes to the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years in project management/engineering in construction (TI projects).
  • Proficient with MS Project and Vista (or similar PM tools).
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes; experience with subcontractors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience.
  • LEED or sustainability certifications a plus.
