Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinates as the primary point of contact for face-to-face, teleconferencing, and communications
• Works closely with clients, Business Development, and Operations staff to define the scope of
• Provides project oversight, acting as a client advocate onsite, while interacting with Operations
• Interacts closely with clients to communicate overall goals and expectations to Operations through
• Manages multiple clients while coordinating with internal departments to develop and maintain
• Monitors projects for out-of-scope client requests and scope creep, operational issues, and client

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Experience with project management tools and processes. Prior project management or facilitation
• Previous experience with or willingness to learn software platforms such as eLIMS-BPT and Microsoft
• Familiarity with performing work under FDA GMP regulations and knowledge of the drug development
