Project Manager

📋 Description

• Delivery of the project from tender handover to completion in accordance with the company’s
• Manage and review the timely completion of the works pursuant to the project program, including the
• Be responsible for the management, coordination and quality of the works to be performed
• Initiate, modify and implement the Safety Plan and chair safety meetings
• Comply with the responsibilities set out in the company safety policies, practises and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, Diploma or Trade in Construction or Building or related discipline
• Solid experience in managing the delivery of building, fitout or refurbishment projects from tender
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and
• Proven ability to build and lead an effective results driven team
