Project Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and structure energy sector investment projects in Ukraine, supporting clients
• Support preparation and implementation of IFI- and donor-financed projects, working with
• Coordinate project preparation activities, including feasibility studies, technical assessments
• Act as Project Manager for strategic energy sector assignments, leading multidisciplinary teams
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, contractual obligations, and stakeholder
• Coordinate collaboration between AFRY experts, clients, contractors, local partners, authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant university degree in engineering, energy, business, economics, finance, international
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in energy, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial
• Demonstrated experience in preparation and delivery of projects financed by IFIs and donor
• Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience with feasibility studies, technical assistance projects, investment programmes, owner's
