📋 Description

• Manage customer product implementations, customer re-implementations and internal projects in
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines that keep work on track from kickoff to
• Monitor progress against deadlines and proactively flag risks or blockers before they become
• Own day-to-day project communication, including status updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups with
• Partner with internal teams and clients to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.
• Maintain clear, accurate project documentation covering scope, timelines, decisions, and changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional projects within enterprise software
• Proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
• Approach challenges with an analytical and creative mindset, and thrive in complex systems and
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, SmartSheets, or similar platforms, and use
• Familiar with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum and understand how
