Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations with multiple
• Oversee the work of project team members across software implementation, solution design
• Use independent judgment to set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology for each
• Build and maintain project charters, project plans, RACIs, and risk, issue, and dependency trackers
• Manage scope and change requests against SOWs, keeping projects on time and on or under budget
• Track customer sentiment throughout the engagement and raise risks early to protect satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience
• Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations
• Experience delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers
• A track record of strong customer sentiment and high NPS, with projects delivered on time and on or
• Working knowledge of project management principles and tools: project plans, risk management, SOWs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including leading customer-facing meetings with
