Project Manager

📋 Description

• Drive projects to successful implementation across the organization, including extensive
• Track and report project statuses, escalating issues when appropriate
• Organize project resources, manage any overallocated resources, and motivate the team to complete
• Develop a relationship with key stakeholders to ensure delivered projects meet business needs
• Analyze and control project risk, mitigating appropriately
• Build and deliver standard project reports to project team, key stakeholders, and WelbeHealth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
• PMP or Six-Sigma certification preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a project management role
• Passion for both the creation and improvement of processes
• Experience in a regulated healthcare environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
