📋 Description

• Lead business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization for
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings to
• Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for process
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, requirements management, or technology
• Strong ability to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and prioritize business and technology
• Experience translating business objectives and operational challenges into clear functional and
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business
• Experience facilitating interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization
