Project Manager, Business Transformation

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
• Translate a transformation charter into a detailed project plan with clear milestones, owners, and
• Run regular status reporting (RYG statuses) and escalate risks and blockers before they become
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across Ops, IT, Finance, and other
• Maintain project's RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive mitigation actions
• Manage resource needs in coordination with the team's capacity planning process

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, ideally including business transformation, process
• 6+ years of experience in managing multiple end-to-end project life cycles
• Preferred experience in Business Transformation projects and implementation experience working with
• Identify project risks, prepare contingency and project recovery plans
• Ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of senior stakeholders internally and with outside
• Experience in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiation to delivery
