Oversee multiple technical/scientific projects or one larger project
Build and maintain working relationships with vendors and other departments
Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status
Manage Agile Release Trains and lead Agile teams
Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and program increments
Develop, maintain, and implement risk management plans

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related scientific or technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)
9-11 years of experience
Proficient in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, DevSecOps, and Lean Agile
Experience managing Agile Release Trains and leading Agile teams
Knowledge of SDLC phases including concept definition, design, execution, operation, maintenance
Familiarity with TSA Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) processes and gate reviews
