Project Manager (Enterprise)

📋 Description

• Thoroughly understand the customer's business and technical needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
• Lead project kick-off meetings with customers and delivery resources.
• Define project scope and develop project plans, including goals, outcomes, deliverables, timelines
• Manage multiple customer-facing software implementations, including project budgets, resources

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex software implementations, ideally supporting enterprise or multi-site
• Strong leadership, relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-manage, prioritize competing
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and ways of working, leveraging AI and
• Previous experience with healthcare technology, including EHR, EMR, Pharmacy solutions, and/or
• Solid understanding of systems design is an asset.
