🎯 Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing fast-moving
Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Solid working knowledge of Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace or Confluence
Familiarity with CRM channels: Email, Push, WhatsApp, In-App Messages
Proven ability to run standups and track dependencies
Proactive unblocker mindset with strong follow-up and escalation skills
