• Develop, launch and manage a portfolio of Original experiences, from A to Z
• Define the way to scale the events to all markets
• Own the strategic planning and reporting for key experiences
• Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; propose changes to

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background or entertainment project management
• Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans to find resolutions
• Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build meaningful partnerships
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
